Inventory Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Control: Ensure proper inventory management for the warehouses and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
• Stock Reconciliation: Lead physical stock count exercises and reconcile physical quantities with the data in the SPEED system.
• Monitoring: Monitor inventory levels and movements through the WMS-SPEED system.
• Loss Prevention: Implement measures to control stock loss and conduct investigations into missing items through inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Goods Management: Manage the process for damaged and returned goods from customers.
• Reporting: Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports to assist management in decision-making.
• Team Leadership: Lead the inventory team to ensure the accomplishment of set KPIs and develop metrics to measure management effectiveness.
• Compliance: Conduct investigations into inventory management incidents to resolve client complaints and perform SOP training for the shop floor team to ensure full adherence to protocols.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or an equivalent field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Inventory Management Systems and specific knowledge of WMS-SPEED is required.
• Experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a Warehouse or Logistics environment.
