Internet Installer

Role Overview\nAs an Internet Installer based in Kisumu, you will be responsible for the setup and maintenance of internet services at client locations. This role involves technical equipment testing, physical installation work, and direct customer interaction to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n- Coordinate with dispatch for daily appointments to ensure timely service delivery.\n- Maintain a professional appearance by wearing all required identification, safety, and courtesy equipment at all times.\n- Test electrical equipment and systems to ensure routers and internet services are functioning correctly.\n- Stage materials and carry equipment to the customer’s premises for installation.\n- Guide, coordinate, and oversee the work of fellow installers.\n- Educate customers about service benefits and identify opportunities to up-sell add-on products.\n- Evaluate and monitor the performance and quality standards of sub-contractors within specific infrastructure boundaries.\n- Maintain installation tools and equipment in safe and proper working order.\n- Train customers on the features and functionality of the products installed.\n- Assist with administrative tasks including paperwork review, parts management, shipping, receiving, and inventory.\n- Perform physical tasks such as crawling into small spaces and working at heights or in various weather conditions.\n\n### Requirements and Qualifications\n- College Degree (preferred).\n- Previous trade experience is a plus.\n- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.\n- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.\n- Comfortable working at heights and off ladders.\n- Possession of a valid motorcycle or motorcar driver’s license.\n- Ability to work under pressure.\n- Job-specific skills such as splicing and racking.\n- High attention to detail by listening to client concerns and issues.\n- Physically fit to crawl into small spaces and work in all climates.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested candidates should send their CV to by the deadline of 28th February 2026.
