Job Description

Mukiria Technical Training Institution is seeking a qualified Internal Security Officer to oversee and manage security operations within the institution, ensuring a safe and secure environment for staff, students, and assets.

Duties & Responsibilities

Supervising security operations across the institution.

Maintaining records of sets of unlawful interference.

Updating emergency procedures and contingency planning, and maintaining crime and incidence records and charts.

Conducting security surveys within the Institute.

Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma in Criminology or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Basic training from National Youth Service (NYS) will be an added advantage.
Prior experience in a recognized institution.
Certificate in computer applications.
Demonstrated merit, integrity, and capability in work performance and results.
