Key Responsibilities
Assist in daily branch activities and support general lending operations.
Provide high-quality assistance to the customer service and client relations teams.
Support administrative tasks, paperwork filing, and basic data entry.
Learn and apply micro-lending policies, loan application processing, and client assessment procedures.
Engage with micro and small business clients to help address their inquiries.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Must hold a minimum of a BA/BSc/HND qualification in a relevant business or financial field.
Experience: No prior experience is required; this is an entry-level internship opportunity.
Skills: Strong communication skills, adaptability, and eagerness to learn about microfinance.
