Role Overview
Fantom Group, a licensed Insurance Agency offering a wide range of insurance covers from multiple underwriters, is seeking professional and results-driven Insurance Sales Agents to recruit, advise, onboard, and support customers, while contributing to sustainable agency growth.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
This role involves active sales, client advisory, and ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance:
- Actively market and promote the Company's insurance products and services to clients.
- Prospect, engage, and onboard customers through both digital and physical channels.
- Advise clients on suitable insurance covers based on their needs and risk profiles.
- Follow up on leads, policy renewals, and premium payments.
- Provide excellent customer service and effective after-sales support.
- Uphold high standards of ethics, professionalism, and regulatory compliance.
- Attend all mandatory Company meetings, including daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and strategy sessions, and participate in training programs, performance reviews, and engagement initiatives.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Performance will be measured against the following indicators:
- Number of policies sold and premiums generated.
- Customer acquisition and retention rates.
- Renewal conversion rates.
- Compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements.
- Customer satisfaction and service quality.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Insurance, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in sales; prior experience in insurance will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated passion for sales and customer engagement.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and self-discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Compensation
The compensation for this role is commission-based:
- Performance-based commission linked to successful conversions, with competitive commissions, rewards, and sales incentives.
