The County Government of Kitui is seeking an Inspector [Mechanical (BS)]. This role focuses on the maintenance and inspection of critical mechanical systems across county facilities. The position is offered on Permanent and Pensionable Terms of Service.
Inspection, repair, and maintenance of mechanical installations, including power generating engines, firefighting equipment, refrigeration, and air conditioning plants in public buildings, hospitals, and institutions.
Requirements for Appointment
Candidates must meet the following qualifications:
Be a Citizen of Kenya.
Hold a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Technician Certificate Part III or equivalent and relevant qualification from a recognized institution.
Have shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
