Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
Use excellent negotiation skills to close deals confidently and meet sales targets.
Maintain a customer-first mindset in all interactions to ensure high satisfaction.
Drive results and contribute to the growth of the business in the region.
Requirements and Qualifications
A BA/BSc/HND degree in a relevant field.
Proven track record of success in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management, preferably in a B2B setting.
Native Swahili speaker with excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer-first mindset with excellent negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Passion for engaging with customers and curiosity to address their professional needs.
