Job Description
The Central Rift Valley Water Works Development Agency (CRVWWDA) is seeking an Information Communication Technology Officer to ensure the Agency leverages Information Technology to deliver its mandate. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and maintaining the Agency's ICT infrastructure and supporting users across various systems.
Responsibilities
Analysing, designing, testing and implementing ICT applications.
Providing advanced user support and training end users in ICT systems.
Maintaining and supporting ICT systems, including local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN).
Repairing and maintaining ICT equipment; receiving, installing, certifying, and configuring new equipment.
Maintaining and updating the Agency's Website and portals.
Updating and maintaining the ICT equipment inventory.
Preparing ICT technical specifications, user manuals, and technical documentations.
Escalating any system faults for further action.
Person Specification
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:
A Bachelor of Science degree in any of the following fields: Computer Science, Computer Technology, Informatics, Computer Science & Technology, Information Systems, Informatics and Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Security and Forensics, Business Information Technology, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or its equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution.
Required Documentation

Certificate of good conduct/Police clearance from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations.
Clearance Certificate from the Higher Education Loans Board (HELB).
Tax compliance certificate from the Kenya Revenue Authority.
Clearance from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission.
Report from an approved Credit Bureau (CRB).
