Role Overview
Signature Healthcare Limited, an ISO 9001:2015, WHO-GDP, and Blue Certified Company specializing in the importation and marketing of pharmaceuticals, is seeking an Infection Control Representative. The role is focused on promoting and selling products to increase market awareness, providing technical advice, and introducing new products. The successful candidate will manage the entire sales cycle, from demand creation to debt management, while upholding the company's professional image.
Key Responsibilities
- Demand Creation: Visit clients including prescribers, pharmacies, and medical institutions to create demand.
- Strategic Planning: Implement corporate and individual strategic plans for business growth.
- Sales Management: Strategically book direct and transfer orders and follow up on deliveries.
- Relationship Management: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional CRM.
- Market Coverage: Map territory to ensure optimal coverage and maximum business gain.
- Intelligence Gathering: Conduct prescription audits and gather market insights as per marketing SOPs.
- Appointment Coordination: Manage appointments for resource optimization.
- Client Database Management: Maintain current client listings for planning and communication.
- Compliance: Adhere to corporate marketing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Representation: Maintain a professional appearance and articulate product knowledge eloquently.
- Product Marketing: Ensure rational use of samples and promotional items under a valid license.
- Events: Organize and facilitate CMEs and round table meetings, following up on ROI.
Minimum Requirements
- Educational background: Diploma in Nursing.
- Previous managerial experience in infection control is an added advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales with a proven enthusiasm for sales and marketing.
- Practical experience in suture and disinfectant use is an added advantage.
