Africa Global Logistics (AGL) is seeking an IFF Operation Supervisor - Invoicing to manage and coordinate all invoicing activities within the Sea Imports Department. The role involves ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices, capturing all relevant costs, and maintaining updated tariff records to facilitate efficient financial operations and collection processes.
Responsibilities
Invoicing Coordination: Coordinate all invoicing activities for timely processing of invoices in the Sea Imports Department.
Cost Verification: Check and confirm disbursements in the system to ensure all costs are captured accurately in the invoice.
Timely Processing: Ensure all files received are invoiced accurately and in good time.
Invoice Dispatch: Ensure invoices are dispatched as soon as possible to facilitate timely collection.
Tariff Management: Check and confirm that tariff files are up to date.
Operational Alignment: Work closely with operations staff to ensure monthly targets are achieved as directed by the Head of Department.
Requirements
Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a business-related field.
Professional Certification: Must have CPA II qualification.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in the Clearing & Forwarding or Logistics industry.
