The successful candidate will lead innovation across clinical and administrative workflows while maintaining robust ICT governance and security frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Transformation: Drive initiatives including telemedicine, data analytics, and the adoption of emerging health technologies.
Strategic Partnerships: Establish and manage relationships with technology providers, academic institutions, and regulatory bodies to improve healthcare delivery.
Innovation Leadership: Oversee the adoption of cloud-based systems, AI-supported diagnostics, and the automation of internal workflows.
Research Support: Maintain robust health information systems and data management platforms to support academic and research programs.
Change Management: Champion a culture of digital innovation and manage organizational change across various departments.
Governance & Risk: Develop and implement ICT governance frameworks, policies, and risk management strategies in line with global best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of work experience specifically within a healthcare setup.
