Human Resource Officer/Senior

Key Responsibilities

• Verify information related to recruitment processes and performance management.
• Assist in the administration of payroll and implement payroll updates.
• Implement human resource decisions within existing regulations.
• Compile agendas and minutes for the Management Human Resource Advisory Committees.
• Update and maintain accurate human resource records in a timely manner.
• Process and monitor employee leave records.
• Draft official correspondences related to HR matters.
• Maintain an up-to-date employee list and personnel files.
• Implement and maintain employee training programs.
• Participate in staff placement, transfers, and recruitment processes.
• Participate in staff exit management and career progression activities.
• Carry out various HR service roles as per Quality Management Systems (QMS) requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; OR a Bachelor’s degree in any of the Social Sciences plus a Diploma in Human Resource Management.
• Professional membership with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).
• Proficiency in computer applications.
