The role of the Human Resource Manager is to support end-to-end human resource operations across multiple business units for a client organization of Achyutam International. The successful candidate will partner closely with business leaders to ensure the effective implementation of HR policies, seamless employee lifecycle management, regulatory compliance, and robust employee engagement initiatives, all in alignment with the conglomerate’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Talent & Workforce Management
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including coordination with hiring managers and external partners.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities such as confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and action planning.
- Assist in grievance handling and disciplinary processes in accordance with company policy.
Performance & Development
- Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, mid-year, and annual reviews.
- Support learning and development programs, training logistics, and capability-building initiatives.
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Support
- Assist in compensation benchmarking, annual increment cycles, and bonus processes.
- Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
- Administer employee benefits and respond to related queries.
Policy, Compliance & HR Governance
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies.
- Support audits, compliance documentation, and reporting requirements.
- Assist in drafting, updating, and communicating HR policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, and presentations for management review.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 8+ Years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a large organization or conglomerate.
- Experience supporting diverse workforce groups and multi-location operations is an advantage.
