Job Description
Peoplelink Consultants Ltd is seeking a dedicated HR Site Supervisor to oversee human resources functions at a designated client site. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and fostering positive employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
Attendance and Payroll Management: Oversee daily attendance tracking and manage end-to-end payroll processes for accuracy and timeliness.
Employee Relations: Manage disciplinary cases and promote positive relations among staff across the organization.
Safety and Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Welfare Programs: Coordinate employee welfare initiatives to support a productive and healthy workplace.
Client Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact between the company and the client, attending meetings to align on operational goals and feedback.
Professional Development: Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) and organize training sessions for staff development.
Job Requirements
Education: A Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related professional field.
Experience: At least one year of practical experience in HR administration.
Communication: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills for effective relationship building.
Technical Proficiency: Competence in using HRIS applications and standard office software.
