Role Overview
Peaks Hotel is seeking an HR Officer to oversee human resources functions at their property in Nanyuki. The HR Officer will manage employee relations, recruitment, and general HR administrative processes.
Key Requirements
Education: Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Experience: At least 3 years of relevant HR experience.
Industry Experience: Hotel or hospitality industry experience will be an added advantage.
