Key Responsibilities
Assist in posting job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
Schedule interviews and coordinate closely with candidates.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Assist in the preparation of offer letters and onboarding documents.
Collect and verify employee documentation for compliance.
Support the new employee induction and onboarding processes.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Assist in auditing employee files to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Requirements and Qualifications
Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field.
0 - 1 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
