We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team in Nairobi, Kenya. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources operations while supporting our organization's people-focused initiatives. You will work alongside experienced HR professionals to develop your skill set and contribute to key HR functions that drive our company's success.\n\n### Responsibilities\n- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties\n- Provide administrative support to the Talent & Culture (T&C) team\n- Support Talent Acquisition to source, screening and arrange interviews for candidates, as well as keeping their application records updated\n- Support any HR projects as / when required such as meetings, training, audits etc\n- Support employee requests regarding policy issues, rules, and regulations\n- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews\n- Train and Learn HR practices\n- Assist in general duties around the office\n- Any other relevant duties as may be assigned from time to time\n\n### Requirements\n- A Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management graduate that is actively looking to gain experience in the Human Resources field\n- Microsoft Office skills\n- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal\n- The ability to multi-task with high attention to detail\n- Genuinely passionate about talent management and human resources\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested and qualified candidates should apply online via the SmartRecruiters portal by following this link:
