HR Generalist

• Manage the entire 360-degree recruitment process.
• Oversee all HR-related matters to ensure the implementation of best practices.
• Design, plan, and execute employee engagement programs and internal activities.
• Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins with employees to proactively improve the overall employee experience.
• Review and update HR policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and internal practices in alignment with global standards and relevant labor regulations.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, probation follow-up, and HR documentation.
• Handle payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Support employees and resolve people-related matters with empathy, professionalism, and sound judgment.
• Collaborate closely with department heads and global/regional HR teams to align daily operations with business goals.

Expectations and Qualifications

• Ability to partner with stakeholders as a subject matter expert with a consultative and solutions-driven mindset.
• A completed Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management.
• HR Professional Certification (CHRP-K) and IHRM membership is a distinct added advantage.
• 6-8 years' experience in human resource management or a similar role is preferred.
• Proficient in using office software and equipment, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
• A positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
