Job Description
Q-Sourcing Servtec Group is seeking an HR Executive - Operations to streamline human resource processes and ensure the smooth execution of administrative and operational HR functions. The HR Executive - Operations role is responsible for managing employee records, coordinating benefits, and fostering a productive work environment through effective employee relations and compliance management.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Leave Management: Consolidate, track, and report on annual staff leave with assistance from business units/line managers.
Documentation: Ensure the proper and timely filing and retrieval of all HR-related documents.
Onboarding: Support the HR & Administration Manager with new staff onboarding, including induction and orientation.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive employee relations environment by addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and providing guidance on conflict resolution to maintain a harmonious work environment.
Disciplinary Procedures: Implement disciplinary procedures in accordance with employment laws and company policy.
Benefits Coordination: Coordinate with project administrators to ensure medical cover through insurance or on-site services for all staff and outsourced clients, in accordance with service level agreements.
Administrative Support: Manage the requisition of staff IDs as approved by the HR Manager.
Reporting: Prepare and share monthly HR analysis reports with the HR Manager.
Legal Compliance: Ensure legal compliance, including maintaining a legal dashboard and meeting statutory requirements.
Learning and Development: Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives in collaboration with respective line managers, ensuring effective communication for implementation.
Training Programs: Design and implement a comprehensive training and development program to enhance employee skills and competencies, aligning with organizational goals and individual career development plans.
Qualifications and Experience
Degree-level education in Human Resource Management.
At least 3 years of generalist Human Resources Experience.
Postgraduate Diploma in HR would be of added advantage.
HR professional membership is desired.
Consultancy industry and business awareness.
Excellent planning and organization skills.
Knowledge of payroll management, basic accounting, and proficiency in Excel is desired.
