Job Description
Stellar Human Resource Solutions, a Human Resource Management Consulting Company based in Nairobi, is looking for a qualified HR Associate. The role involves supporting a wide range of HR operations with a focus on international recruitment and providing comprehensive HR solutions to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate and manage international recruitment processes.
Support core HR operations including payroll processing, employee relations, and staff training.
Ensure all HR activities align with established policies and legal compliance.
Maintain effective communication and manage relationships with various stakeholders.
Handle all employee data and HR matters with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
Requirements
Must possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management.
Proven experience in international recruitment.
Solid knowledge of HR operations, specifically payroll, employee relations, and training.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Deep understanding of HR policies and compliance requirements.
High level of professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
