The HR Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day management of human resources operations across the company’s two subsidiaries and Head Office. This crucial role requires a self-driven individual who can manage payroll, ensure compliance with labour laws, maintain good staff relations, and oversee core HR processes with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Run and manage payroll accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies, labour-laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for staff HR-related queries and issues, maintaining positive employee relations.
- Manage leave administration and records across all locations.
- Handle disciplinary and grievance processes in line with company policy and labour regulations.
- Coordinate and support HR activities across the company’s two subsidiaries and Head Office.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Prepare HR reports as required by management as well as oversee and support performance management processes.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or any related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in an HR administration.
- Strong knowledge of HR rules, labour-laws, and compliance requirements in Kenya.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive issues professionally.
- Willingness to occasionally coordinate across multiple locations.
