Job Description
Elysian Resort is a project of the Catholic Diocese of Murang’a, set within 5 beautiful acres in Runda. The Hotel Manager will oversee the daily operations of all hotel departments, ensure exceptional guest service, drive operational efficiency, and maximize overall hotel profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Security, and Human Resources.
Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve customer concerns.
Build and maintain key corporate and client relationships.
Maintain operational records and uphold service standards.
Drive operational efficiency and maximize hotel profitability.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
A Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
Minimum of five (5) years' experience in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Sound knowledge of hotel operations, customer service, and financial management.
Ability to drive operational excellence and achieve business objectives.
