Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Medicine, or Clinical Medicine.
Experience: At least 4 years' experience in hospital or healthcare management.
Regulatory Knowledge: Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and hospital operations.
Key Skills: Excellent strategic planning, financial management, and decision-making skills.
