Healthcare Recruiter

In this role, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, specifically targeting healthcare professionals. You will play a crucial part in identifying, attracting, and onboarding high-quality candidates to support clinical and administrative needs for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for healthcare professionals, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
• Identify and attract qualified candidates for clinical and administrative roles.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up on the hiring process with department leaders.
• Negotiate job offers and support the onboarding of new employees.
• Maintain an updated candidate database and ensure compliance with legal regulations and quality standards.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum of a BA/BSc/HND degree.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically as a Healthcare Recruiter (mandatory).
• Market Knowledge: Experience in the U.S. market is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with digital recruitment tools and various job platforms.
• Legal Knowledge: Sound knowledge of recruitment processes and applicable labor laws.
• Language: Advanced English level proficiency (mandatory).
