As the Head of People & Culture, you will be a trusted person in the company, responsible for leading human resources and fostering a positive, productive organizational culture.
Main Responsibility Areas
Talent Management: Recruit and onboard new hires to ensure the company has the right talent to scale.
Performance Oversight: Coordinate the performance management process and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Compliance: Execute legally compliant people processes and maintain a comprehensive administrative overview.
Payroll & Benefits: Manage payroll, benefits, and incentive schemes for employees, while coordinating insurance and pensions.
Growth & Development: Manage training and coaching programs to develop the internal team.
Culture & Engagement: Organize staff entertainment and events to maintain a warm and open work environment.
Trust & Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact within the company.
Requirements and Attributes
Ownership Mindset: You take full responsibility for getting things done properly and on time without needing to be chased.
Accuracy & Detail: High accuracy in handling contracts, payroll inputs, employee records, and compliance work.
Independence: Proactive, resourceful, and able to move work forward without constant direction.
Interpersonal Style: Warm and open personality that fosters trust and collaboration; non-judgmental and commercially grounded.
Analytic Approach: Pragmatic, analytical, and possesses good judgment (no-nonsense approach).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
Necessary HR licenses (or in the process of obtaining them).
5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
Experience in scaling fast-growing companies.
Strong recruiting expertise and demonstrated experience training managers and employees.
Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
