Role Overview\nBBROOD Kenya is looking for a Head of Pastry Section to lead their pastry production operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality standards, meeting business deadlines, and fostering a creative and productive environment for the baking team. The role involves overseeing the entire production process from quality control to product innovation.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n* Production Management: Oversee all pastry production operations to ensure quality and timely delivery to meet business deadlines.\n* Supervise a team of pastry bakers to promote teamwork and inspire greater creativity and productivity.\n* Develop new high-quality products in BBROOD’s pastry and sandwich range.\n* Identify performance gaps within the team and propose appropriate training solutions.\n* Ensure that standards of hygiene, health, and safety are met and continuously improved.\n* Stay updated with market needs and trends to periodically propose reviews to pastry menus and recipes.\n\n### Requirements and Qualifications\n* A minimum qualification of BA, BSc, or HND.\n* At least 10 years of experience in the pastry bakery industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory position.\n* A seasoned supervisor with a proven ability to drive team performance.\n* Computer literacy and strong reporting abilities.\n\n### How to Apply\nEmail your CV and cover letter, attaching copies of your certificates to to reach us not later than 10th March 2026.
