Key Qualifications and Requirements
Education: Diploma in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or in a similar culinary leadership role.
Experience:
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen operations, menu development, and food presentation.
Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Sanitation: Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
Management: Good organizational and time management skills.
