Job Description
The Head Chef will lead culinary operations at a facility in Limuru, Kiambu. The ideal candidate will have strong culinary leadership skills, team management capabilities, and an exceptional understanding of food preparation and kitchen safety standards.
Requirements
Diploma in Hospitality, Culinary Arts or related field.
3+ years’ experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef or similar culinary leadership role.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
Excellent Leadership, communication and team management skills.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
Creativity in menu development and food presentation.
Good organizational and time management skills.
