Soroi Collection, a leading eco-luxury camp and lodge brand, is opening new units in Soroi Samburu Lodge (Samburu National Reserve), Soroi Laimara Amboseli (Amboseli National Reserve), and Soroi Blue (Diani-Coastal region). We are seeking self-motivated, passionate, and professionally qualified team members to deliver exceptional hospitality and guest experiences.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n* Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests upon arrival.\n* Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and feedback.\n* Ensure guest satisfaction by proactively identifying and resolving issues.\n* Coordinate with management and operations teams to deliver personalized guest services.\n* Provide detailed information about lodge facilities, activities, and the surrounding natural reserves.\n* Maintain high standards of professionalism and hospitality in line with the Soroi Collection brand.\n\n### Requirements\n* BA/BSc/HND in Hospitality Management or a related field.\n* Professionally qualified in hospitality services.\n* Self-motivated with a passionate approach to guest service.\n* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n* Ability to work effectively in remote or coastal locations.\n* Applicants from local communities (Maa, Samburu, and Coastal communities) are strongly encouraged to apply for positions within their specific regions.\n\n### How to Apply\nSend your application to before Friday, 14th March 2026 clearly stating the region and position in the subject line of your email (e.g. Receptionist, Soroi Blue).
