Role Overview
The Graphic Designer & Creative Brand Officer is responsible for developing and maintaining a strong visual brand identity across all platforms. This role involves conceptualizing and creating high-quality designs for both print and digital media, ensuring brand consistency across various outlets, and supporting marketing initiatives through innovative creative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Identity Management: Develop and maintain a strong and cohesive visual brand identity.
Packaging & Presentation: Develop innovative product packaging and presentation concepts.
Campaign Support: Provide creative support for marketing campaigns, brand activations, and promotions.
Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with printers, photographers, videographers, and marketing teams to ensure high-quality execution.
Brand Compliance: Conduct branding inspections across branches and operational sites to maintain consistency.
Innovative Visibility: Introduce fresh ideas to improve brand visibility and customer engagement.
Project Support: Support business expansion projects through strategic creative branding concepts.
Qualifications and Experience
Education: A Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Branding, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, advertising, or digital content creation.
Industry Experience: Previous experience in the hospitality, food industry, retail, or FMCG sectors is an added advantage.
Software Proficiency: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro), Canva, and CorelDraw is required.
