Graphic Designer

About the Role

Artcaffé is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team and support visual content creation across our Restaurant, Market, and Gastro Bar concepts. This is an entry-level position suited to a designer who's comfortable working across both digital and print, and who knows how to use modern AI tools to work faster and smarter without sacrificing quality.

You'll be producing everything from social content and in-store signage to packaging assets and campaign materials, working closely with the marketing and CRM teams to bring brand and commercial initiatives to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Asset Creation: Design assets for digital channels (social media, email, web) and print (signage, packaging, menus, promotional material).
• Brand Alignment: Translate brand guidelines into consistent, on-brand visual content across all three Artcaffé concepts.
• AI Tool Integration: Use AI design tools to speed up ideation, asset variation, and production workflows.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and external agencies on campaign rollouts.
• Print Preparation: Prepare print-ready files and manage production specs for vendors and printers.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in graphic design, visual communication, or similar.
• Solid working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Practical experience with AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or similar) for ideation and production.
• Understanding of print production basics (bleed, color profiles, file prep).
• A keen eye for typography, layout, and brand consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple briefs and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
