Moringa School is seeking a highly driven and execution-focused Grants Program Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, multi-partner programs within the digital skilling and youth employment ecosystem. Founded in April 2014, Moringa School plays a crucial role in developing and nurturing high-potential individuals who are passionate about technology, equipping them with life-long skills in mobile and web development.
The Role
The Program Manager will be responsible for translating program strategy into actionable implementation plans, coordinating cross-functional teams and partners, and ensuring delivery against timelines, budgets, and impact targets. You will work closely with internal teams as well as external stakeholders such as implementing partners and grant funders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, multi-partner programs within the digital skilling sector.
Translate program strategy into actionable implementation plans and operational workflows.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and partners to ensure project milestones are met.
Ensure delivery against strict timelines, budgets, and specific impact targets.
Manage relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, including grant funders.
Job Requirements
Qualification: BA/BSc/HND degree is required.
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
Field: Background in Project & Program Management.
Strong program management capability and operational discipline.
