Role Overview

We are recruiting Graduate Associates to join our Consulting & Risk Services Line of Service. The role will be on a Two-year Fixed-Term Contract.

As a Graduate Associate, you will:

Requirements

You’re a Kenyan citizen
You scored KCSE (or its equivalent) B+ and above with an Upper Second class, or B plain with a First-Class Honours degree
You’re studying or have graduated in:
- Business administration/ Business Information Technology/ Accounting/ Accounting and Finance/ Commerce/ Economics.
- Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering/ Computer Engineering/ Telecommunications and Information Engineering/ Software Engineering.
- Computer Science/ Computer Technology/ Information Technology/ Information systems/ Informatics.
You graduated in 2024 or later, or will finish your studies by September 2026.

Preferred Professional Qualifications (Risk and Assurance)

CPA/ACCA/CA qualification.
Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) or Cybersecurity related qualifications.
CISCO certifications - CCNA/ CCNP/ CCST Networking/ CCST Cybersecurity/ CCST IT Support.
Cloud Computing Certifications (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
Software, Programming & DevOps (Python, Oracle Java, Microsoft Developer, DevOps).
Data, Analytics & AI Certifications (Data Analytics, Data Science and AI).
Database Certifications (Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL).
IT Management & Project Certifications (ITIL, Project Management).

Preferred Professional Qualifications (Technology Consulting)

Cloud Computing Certifications (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
Software, Programming & DevOps (Python, Oracle Java, Microsoft Developer, DevOps).
Data, Analytics & AI Certifications (Data Analytics, Data Science and AI).
Database Certifications (Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL).
