Go To Market Manager

About the Role\n\nAs our new Go-to-Market (GTM) Manager, you’ll be part of the Africa Marketing team and the key link between marketing, technical, and commercial teams - helping shape local strategy, deliver impactful tools and training, and drive the success of product launches and marketing campaigns from field to channel.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n\n* Translate market and customer insights into local go-to-market strategy.\n* Strategic product portfolio alignment and business cases to address market needs.\n* Support value proposition initiatives, product launches, campaign rollouts, and digital initiatives.\n* Design and deliver training to sales teams, farmers, and distributors.\n* Develop and adapt impactful sales tools and materials.\n* Align closely with sales, regulatory and development, and digital teams.\n* Track performance, gather field feedback, and refine tools and messaging.\n* Act as a trusted partner to the commercial team, balancing strategic and hands-on support.\n\n### Key Requirements\n\n* A degree in Agriculture or related discipline.\n* At least 5 years of experience in the agrochemical/crop protection industry in technical, sales, or marketing roles.\n* Solid knowledge of crop protection sector and farmer needs - crop nutrition knowledge is a plus.\n* Experience developing and delivering training programs for commercial audiences.\n* Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into clear actions.\n* Excellent written and verbal communication in English.\n* Willingness to travel within the region, including field visits and occasional office collaboration.\n\n### How to Apply\n\nInterested and qualified candidates should apply online via the FMC Corporation careers portal on Workday by visiting: FMC Corporation Application Portal
