Role Overview
The County Government of Nyeri is seeking a Gender Officer Intern. This internship provides an opportunity for a graduate to gain practical experience in gender and development initiatives, community service programs, and public sector administration.
Core Responsibilities
Assist in the implementation of gender equality and social development projects within the county.
Support public participation and community engagement programs targeting gender mainstreaming.
Help compile reports, gather data, and maintain records related to gender programs.
Collaborate with other county departments to advocate for inclusive and gender-sensitive policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Arts (Gender and Development Studies) from a recognized institution.
