Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional gardening or landscaping experience.
Education: KCSE qualification.
Knowledge: Strong knowledge of plants, trees, and general gardening techniques.
Proficiency: Proficient in tasks such as planting, pruning, weeding, and the safe operation of necessary equipment.
Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit, capable of lifting, and able to sustain outdoor work.
Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain visually appealing and well-kept landscapes.
Interpersonal Skills: Must be a team player with good communication skills and basic customer service skills.
Work Ethic: Punctual, reliable, and flexible with work hours.
Residency: Must be residing within the Kitengela Area.
