The role of Future Talent PM Services at Sidel involves managing projects end-to-end, ensuring successful execution, technical acceptance, and maximized customer satisfaction.

Role Responsibilities
Your role will be to:
Understand customer requests and translate their needs into actionable project plans.
Manage the project end-to-end, starting from initiation with the customer and Services account manager, covering planning, arranging, and monitoring resources for the project, until the customer gives technical acceptance and the project is successfully closed.
Coordinate with all involved product divisions to provide a full and complete solution answering customer needs.
Support the Services sales team in sales activities, proposals, and presentations as needed.
Propose additional Services Products when required to secure project success as well as maximizing customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile and Qualifications
Education and Certifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and/or Master’s degree in Engineering.
Relevant certification in Project Management is highly valued.
Experience and Skills:
Work Experience: Less than 2 years is required (targeting entry or junior talent).
Fluent in English.
