This is a Full-Time position for a Front Office Executive based in Nairobi, working for AKOTHEE SAFARIS.

Qualifications and Requirements
Candidates applying for this role must meet the following criteria:
Education & Experience:
A Diploma or Degree in Front Office, Hospitality, Tourism, or Business.
1–2 years of professional experience in a front office or customer care capacity. Experience within the travel industry is highly advantageous.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent proficiency and communication skills in both English and Kiswahili.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated computer literacy, including the ability to efficiently handle emails, manage incoming and outgoing calls, and perform accurate data entry.
