Job Description
Classic Mouldings Limited, an Interior Design & Construction services company established in 1991, is seeking a well-presented, articulate, and highly organized Front Desk Executive. In this role, you will act as the face of the company—welcoming clients, managing inquiries, and upholding the standard of excellence that defines 'The Home of Creative Interiors'. You will be responsible for serving as the first point of contact for clients while supporting day-to-day front office operations and executive coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relations: Welcome and attend to clients professionally, ensuring a high standard of service.
Office Upkeep: Maintain a polished, professional, and organized front desk environment.
Team Coordination: Coordinate client flow with internal teams including sales, design, and operations.
Administrative Support: Track client interactions and perform various basic administrative tasks to support the office.
Requirements
Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Construction, Hospitality, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in a front desk or client-facing role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills; confident client handling.
Appearance: Must maintain a professional appearance.
