Nairobi International School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Nutrition Teacher to join our team for the academic year commencing September 2026. Responsibilities
Deliver technology-based education in Food & Nutrition to students of all races, religions, and nationalities.
Provide opportunities for students to lead a life of learning through dedicated study.
Foster an environment of personal growth, integrity, and self-discipline among the student body.
Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students within an academically motivated environment.
Manage practical kitchen sessions and ensure all safety and hygiene standards are strictly followed.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic journey.
Qualifications and Experience
Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience teaching Food & Nutrition in an international school setting.
Education: Must hold a relevant BA, BSc, or HND degree.
Certification: A mandatory teaching qualification and valid TSC (Teachers Service Commission) Registration are required.
Technical Skills: The applicant must be IT savvy and capable of integrating technology into the classroom.
