We are seeking a passionate, driven, and imaginative Food & Beverage Manager to lead our dining operations.

Technical Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 15 years of demonstrable experience in similar high-end luxury hotel or fine-dining environments.
Formal tertiary training in Food & Beverage, Hospitality Management or a related discipline (Degree or Diploma).
International exposure is a significant advantage—broadening perspective, refining standards, and strengthening adaptability.
