The school is seeking a dedicated Finance Officer to oversee financial operations and ensure the institution's fiscal health and compliance with regulatory standards.\n\n### Responsibilities\n- Prepare and consolidate departmental budgets into the master budget, ensuring estimates align with organizational goals.\n- Monitor budget performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions where necessary.\n- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports to support management decision-making.\n- Track departmental expenses, analyze spending trends, and recommend cost control measures.\n- Support the implementation of approved budgets across departments and ensure compliance with financial policies.\n- Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor financial obligations to ensure adequate operational funds.\n- Collaborate with procurement teams on pricing and costing to ensure accurate budgeting.\n- Implement internal controls to safeguard resources and support compliance initiatives.\n- Analyze financial performance and key financial ratios to support strategic planning.\n\n### Requirements and Qualifications\n- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting.\n- Professional certification such as CPA-K, ACCA, or an equivalent.\n- At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in finance.\n- Proficiency in financial systems like QuickBooks, Sage, or similar software.\n- A valid certificate of good conduct is mandatory.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested candidates should send their CV and Cover Letter to with the subject line being the position applied for.
