Mwananchi Credit Limited is looking for a Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial health and performance. This role involves managing budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow, compliance, and strategic financial planning.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the financial health and performance of the company.
Manage budgeting processes and financial reporting.
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure institutional liquidity.
Ensure full compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Lead strategic financial planning to support the company's long-term objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (a Master's degree is an added advantage).
Must be a CPA-K, CFA, or hold an equivalent professional qualification.
Active professional membership is preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in a Microfinance Institution (MFI) or Financial Institution.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
