Fertility Point is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Finance Manager to oversee all financial operations, planning, and reporting within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all financial operations, planning, and reporting processes.
Compliance & Cash Flow: Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements in Kenya. Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
Strategic Support: Support strategic decision-making and business growth.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
CPA (K) / ACCA / CIMA (K) is mandatory.
At least 5 years of relevant experience, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
In-depth knowledge of Kenyan tax laws, IFRS, and regulatory requirements.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
