Trans Nzoia County Water & Sanitation Company Ltd (TRANSWASCO) is seeking to recruit qualified and motivated individuals for the position of Finance Intern (2 Posts). This internship program is aimed at providing unemployed graduates with practical work experience in the finance and accounting field to enhance their employability and support the company's financial operations.

Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidates will be responsible for:
Assisting in departmental operations and daily financial assignments.
Participating in field and office activities related to finance and billing.
Preparing reports and maintaining accurate financial records.
Supporting the implementation of organizational programs.
Undertaking any other duties assigned by supervisors.
Requirements for Appointment
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
Be Kenyan citizens between the ages of 20 and 35 years.
Hold a diploma from a recognized institution in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant business field.
Be unemployed graduates from recognized training institutions who have completed their courses within the last three years and have not been exposed to work experience related to their area of study.
Not have retired or exited from formal employment.
Not have previously benefited from a similar internship program.
Compensation
The internship is paid, and interns will receive a monthly stipend as compensation for their time and contribution as per government guidelines.
