The Field Systems Administrator will be responsible for coordinating ICT services within the Factory by providing technical support for all sections. Reporting technically to the Regional ICT Manager and administratively to the Factory Unit Manager, the successful candidate ensures the optimal performance and security of systems, hardware, and networks at the factory level. \n\n### Key Duties and Responsibilities\n* Analyze user workflows, access, information, and security requirements to design and implement robust system infrastructure.\n* Install and configure servers, application software on workstations, PC hardware, LAN/WAN networks, and operating systems.\n* Maintain and monitor system performance, troubleshoot hardware and network issues, and document resolutions for future reference.\n* Manage and perform daily backups and verify recoverability of critical data; ensure smooth data replication between the factory and KTDA head office.\n* Install, configure, and maintain Electronic Weighing Solutions (EWS) and oversee application testing and implementation.\n* Support the design and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery protocols; maintain technical configuration documentation.\n* Scout for and evaluate new technological innovations to enhance core business areas within the factory.\n* Conduct ICT training for factory staff and provide ongoing support for operating systems and relational databases.\n* Manage and administer system user accounts and passwords.\n* Ensure timely preparation and distribution of comprehensive ICT performance reports.\n* Maintain infrastructure documentation and an inventory of all hardware and software within the factory.\n* Monitor and coordinate all new and existing ICT projects and initiatives at the factory site.\n\n### Requirements and Qualifications\n* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.\n* CCNA/CCNP/MCSE or related professional certification is required.\n* Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a similar technical environment.\n* Advanced knowledge of hardware and network installation and troubleshooting.\n* Must demonstrate high integrity and ethical practice.\n* Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and as a collaborative team player.\n* Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills; commitment to operational effectiveness.\n* Excellent written and oral communication skills.\n* Willingness to learn and work flexible hours to achieve goals.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested and qualified candidates should apply online through the KTDA recruitment portal at .
