Transwide Pharmaceuticals Ltd, a private company registered in Kenya in 1994 specializing in the warehousing and distribution of pharmaceutical products, surgical, and hospital equipment, is looking for a Field Sales Representative to join their team in Mombasa. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Actively identify and generate leads to expand the company's customer base.
Sales Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional deals with clients.
Client Engagement: Conduct regular field visits to assess client needs and promote pharmaceutical products and hospital equipment.
Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and prepare detailed weekly and monthly sales reports.
Financial Oversight: Follow up on client payments to ensure timely collections.
Customer Service: Address and resolve customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements and Skills
Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Life Sciences.
Professional Experience: Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
Personal Attributes: Optimistic, self-driven, results-oriented, flexible, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Soft Skills: Excellent listening skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
