Africa Management Solutions Limited (AMSOL) is seeking a dynamic Field Sales Representative to join their team in Nairobi. The role is primarily focused on driving student recruitment and lead generation within schools, colleges, and local communities. As a representative, you will be the face of the organization, responsible for converting leads into enrollments through professional guidance and effective relationship management.
Responsibilities and Duties
Student Recruitment & Lead Generation: Identify and engage prospective students; execute outreach initiatives such as school visits, education fairs, and community activations; build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads; and conduct timely follow-ups.
Sales Conversion & Enrollment Support: Provide accurate guidance on academic programs and career pathways; support students through the application and enrollment process; address inquiries professionally; and achieve defined enrollment targets.
Partnership Development: Establish and maintain relationships with school administrators, career teachers, and community stakeholders; develop referral partnerships with healthcare institutions and other organizations.
Marketing & Brand Promotion: Represent the organization at exhibitions and career days; promote programs through marketing materials; and organize local awareness campaigns.
Territory Management: Manage and grow assigned geographic territories; plan weekly outreach schedules; and monitor competitor activities to provide market insights.
Reporting & Administration: Submit daily and weekly activity reports; maintain accurate records of leads and enrollments; and ensure effective use of CRM systems.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of leads generated and applications processed.
Enrollment conversion rate and revenue generated.
Successful partnerships established.
Activity metrics (visits, calls, and events).
Skills and Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience in sales, marketing, or student recruitment is an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Willingness to travel within assigned regions.
