Africa Management Solutions Limited (AMSOL) is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive student recruitment and territory growth. The primary focus of this role is to identify and engage prospective students for educational programs through proactive field outreach, including school visits and career fairs. The representative will manage the entire recruitment pipeline from lead generation to final enrollment, while building strategic partnerships with community stakeholders and school administrators.
Key Responsibilities
Student Recruitment & Lead Generation
- Identify and engage prospective students within schools, colleges, and communities.
- Conduct outreach initiatives such as school visits, education fairs, and community engagements.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and follow up on inquiries through calls, messages, and face-to-face interactions.
Sales Conversion & Enrollment Support
- Provide accurate information on available programs, career pathways, and admission requirements.
- Guide prospective students through the application and enrollment process.
- Address inquiries and objections professionally and effectively.
- Achieve assigned enrollment targets within defined timelines.
Partnership Development
- Build and maintain relationships with school administrators, career teachers, and community stakeholders.
- Establish referral partnerships with healthcare institutions and relevant organizations.
- Identify and develop new collaboration opportunities to support recruitment efforts.
Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Represent the organization at exhibitions, career days, and community events.
- Distribute promotional materials and actively market available programs.
- Organize local awareness campaigns and information sessions.
Territory Management
- Effectively manage and grow assigned geographic territories.
- Plan and execute weekly schedules for field visits and outreach activities.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly activity reports.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and enrollments.
- Update CRM systems consistently with relevant data.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of leads generated.
- Applications processed.
- Enrollment conversion rate.
- Revenue generated from enrollments.
- Number of partnerships established.
- Activity targets (visits, calls, events conducted).
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or student recruitment is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet set targets.
- Willingness to travel within assigned regions.
