Field Enumerators and Supervisors - Nakuru

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field data collection and interview respondents professionally.
• Engage with local communities to support research activities.
• Use Computer-Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI) platforms to collect and submit data.
• Oversee fieldwork activities and ensure high data quality (for supervisor positions).
• Provide regular progress updates to research managers.

Requirements

• Must be a resident of Nakuru County.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in research or fieldwork.
• Ability to engage professionally with local communities.
• Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or a related field.
• Have at least three (3) years of experience in data collection.
• Be proficient in CAPI platforms (ODK, Survey CTO, Kobo Collect, Survey To Go).
• Own a tablet or smartphone meeting the following specifications: Android 10 or higher, minimum 4 GB RAM, and screen size of at least 6 inches.
• Be available for field assignments for the next three months.
• Provide a recommendation letter from a previous employer or supervisor.
